About Presentation Lab

Brain and heart of Presentation Lab

Who is Reinhilde

Presentations were always part of the job.
At my agency, RS Communication, I worked for major brands, mostly in the healthcare industry. I was responsible for product launches, campaigns and - yes - countless presentations. Often in highly regulated contexts, like pharma.

Ten years ago, I gave my first workshop for Takeda’s brand managers. It was about how to build a concept that sticks, both visually and structurally.
What started as a one-off session turned out to be exactly what many people needed: structure, clarity, and a reality check on what actually works.

Because I kept seeing the same thing: a strong presentation determines whether your audience says “yes”… or checks out.

Beautiful slides without structure are like a car without an engine.
Nice to look at, but they don’t get you anywhere. Design needs to communicate. Pretty for the sake of pretty? Rarely enough. That’s why I always start with content and structure. No fluff, no time-wasting - just clarity and impact.

The challenge? Making complex information clear.
How do you deliver it without losing credibility?
How do you speak to doctors, patients, policymakers, or any audience, on their level?
And how do you build a story that works, convinces, and sticks?

I saw the same struggle in my team.
Designers could create layouts but got lost in the content. Where’s the core? How do you turn complex input into visuals that stick? So I started documenting everything: structure models, storytelling tricks, slides that nail the message. I gave internal training sessions, over and over, until I realised: this is more than just an internal system. It’s a method. And it works. Every time.

I know what it’s like to be in the line of fire. I’ve given countless pitches. First with sloppy prep, later with success, thanks to solid preparation.

For over ten years, I’ve been collecting everything that sparks my curiosity: sharp concepts, visual principles, smart storybuilding tricks. From TED Talks to complex biotech slides. I’ve analysed them.

This is the experience I want to share.
• Turning complexity into structure
• Finding the core and skipping the noise
• Strategic thinking and audience empathy
• Translating ideas into visuals that persuade

The training is complete, practical and alive.
You’ll learn how to strike the right chord. Because between the slides, there’s always a person. Someone who wants to be moved. Who wants to understand.
You get a hands-on Presentation toolkit you’ll keep using - for every presentation you will make.

The training evolves with what matters today. I closely follow trends in presentation techniques, AI, and visual storytelling.
AI doesn't create your presentation. But it does help. With my approach, you'll get there faster, smarter and more successfully.

The place with no script.

When I’m not working, walking or reading, you’ll find me in a museum - or on stage at an improv theatre.
How do you handle a scene you can’t prepare for? For me, it’s a constant challenge. I train for the unexpected, quick thinking, courage and the joy of being on stage. That mindset runs through my training. Because even with solid preparation you need to be able to adapt in the moment.

Vision & Mission

Vision

Studies show that 4 out of 5 presentations fail to make the impact people hoped for. Too many complex slides, not enough essence and most of all: no clear structure. The result? Lost attention, lost credibility, and a big waste of time and energy.

At Presentation Lab, we believe anyone can learn this, with the right tools for solid preparation and a clear story that leads to a presentation that sticks and nails it.

Mission

Presentation Lab transforms presentations from pointless information dumps into powerful, persuasive stories.
Audiences don’t tune out because you’re a poor speaker. They tune out because your presentation doesn’t take them along for the ride.

A great presentation works like a strong ad: clear at a glance, attention-grabbing, and convincing.
Our presentation toolkit gives you ready-to-use tools for structure, focus and visual impact, so you can create a clear and successful presentation faster and smarter.

A method you’ll keep coming back to. Presentation after presentation.
